“Locals Only” is for both residents and vacationers. It’s all about supporting the local, independently owned businesses in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes and Dewey Beach Delaware. It’s quickly become the popular, go-to information source for both local residents and vacationers.

 

In the Fall of 2006, I threw together a list of off-season restaurant specials. I made 10 copies for some friends and neighbors. Not long after that I heard it was being passed around town. Much to my surprise, people were actually making copies and handing them out to their friends, family and co-workers.

 

Each year the popularity of “The List” grew. Well, it became a must-have around town. Here we are, 6 years and 6 lists later, a year-round website centered around supporting local, independently owned small businesses in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach and Milton, Delaware.

 

Absolutely not. When you read my opinion/review, it’s 100% based on my positive experience with that restaurant, shop or other small business/organization/event.

 

Locals Only is updated often with new happenings, upcoming events, restaurant specials, links and more. Keeping it fresh with the latest information is key.

 

It takes everyone working together. Whether it’s local residents, second home owners or vacationers just here for a few days … everyone helps our small businesses thrive. Those little shops, restaurants and other local businesses - they’re the heart of our community.
